You are the expert on you and only you can heal yourself, but let Beth be your guide on this journey of self-rediscovery and remember how powerful you really are. Spend relaxing days with like-minded and supportive people. The retreat includes lodging, all meals and activities. We will have private access to the entire retreat space. 

At the retreat we will:

• Prepare nourishing, delicious meals in small groups with loving, healing intention in the private, commercial kitchen. 

• Hold space for each other with unconditional love and without judgement.
