
The story of my Logo
When I was meditating on starting this business, this logo appeared in my mind's eye. I described it to my son and he created this logo for me for my business. I had this before I even had a name. This logo represents the body, mind and soul connection. The feet at the base are your connection to earth, your need to be grounded. The upside down V is the body that contains your soul and is connected always to both earth and to source energy. The light at the top represents your connection to source and the light you spread to the world, just by being in it. The mind, body and soul are all interconnected. How you are in your body is a huge part of your well-being, as is how your mind perceives things. Both of these affect the frequency at which you vibrate as well as the positive flow of energy through you and around you.
Mind, Body, Soul Connection
Learn to ground yourself. Walk in the grass barefoot, take a nice warm bath with Epsom salts, do some gentle stretching, get some sunlight, take in as many sunsets as you can. Breathe. Focus on your breath. Breathe in the feeling of love and hold it in your heart center. You will begin to feel more in your body. You will be more in tune with your body and learn to listen to it to give it what it needs.
Take care of your body. Listen to it. Your mind and body are more powerful than you can imagine. Your body has the ability to heal itself. It just does it naturally. You can see that every time you get a cut or a scratch. The body doesn't think about it, it just does it. You can learn to give your body what it needs, rest, hydration, food, sunlight....and most importantly unconditional love.
Your mind is powerful. Your thoughts and your intentions create your reality. Practice gratitude daily. Meditate. Breathe. Set your intentions each day for what you want out of life and practice being present and in the moment. Practice experiencing life without judgement or criticism. Appreciate all aspects of life, both the lessons and the successes. When you are struggling, try changing your perception, try showing empathy, try re-framing your thoughts. Or just sit with your feelings, observing them until you can release them. Try forgiving. Try loving unconditionally.
Just be. Just love.
